What’s Included in Your Program Cost
We’re excited to share what’s included in the cost of our program. Your investment covers a comprehensive training and development experience designed to help athletes grow, compete, and excel.
Training & Practices
- Two 2-hour practices per week
(National teams train 3 days per week) - Practice locations & times:
- Monroe: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 6:00–8:00 PM
- Lake Jackson:
- Sunday afternoons
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 6:00–8:00 PM
- We will adjust practice days and times to work with your indoor schedules - both locations
Athlete Development
- LJV beach attire
- Professional coaching at every tournament
- Weight and plyometric training sessions (National teams only)
- Tournament video review and analysis (National teams only)
- Training designed to work alongside your indoor schedule, giving athletes the extra reps they need to improve and succeed
Flexibility
- You choose your practice days and tournaments
- No mandatory tournaments or practices
